New entrance as part of the shopping center renovation
Due to renovation work, please use our temporary entrance via the stairs near the Letzipark/McDonald’s bus stop (approx. 60 steps).

Parking
Parking is free for the first 3 hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM). Parking fees apply on Sundays and in the evenings, as well as outside these times.

Company holidays
We are closed on December 24, 25, and 31, as well as January 1 every year due to company holidays.
Your event outside regular opening hours
We accept group, event, and corporate bookings Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM.
Wheelchair accessibility
Due to ongoing renovation work at Letzipark, advance registration is currently required so we can use the elevator.
