    If you’re playing a full-body VR game, you should plan to be there for about 1 hour:<\/p>
    1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for administrative tasks, including check-in with rules and liability waiver.<\/p><\/li>
    2. You can watch the health and safety video on site at the booked time.<\/p><\/li>
    3. You will then receive a briefing on the technology and the mission.<\/p><\/li>
    4. Let’s get started: Head to the VR room to get equipped!<\/p><\/li>
    5. The mission itself takes 20\u201330 minutes, depending on the game and your pace.<\/p><\/li>
    6. After the mission, the equipment is dismantled.<\/p><\/li>
    7. The free lounge games are included in your ticket. After the game, you are welcome to stay for a drink and chat about the experience. <\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Age recommendations for VR games<\/strong><\/p>
      Full-Body VR (TrueVR):<\/strong> Minimum height 135 cm, minimum age 10 years.<\/p>
      VR Light (Genzone):<\/strong> The headset usually fits from age 7. However, we recommend the games from age 10. <\/p>
      Children’s\/youth groups (up to 12 years)<\/strong><\/p>
      According to Swiss entertainment law, an adult supervisor is required for all under 16s in entertainment venues.<\/p>
      • TrueVR:<\/strong> One adult must play for every 4\u20135 children.<\/li>
      • Genzone:<\/strong> Children’s and youth groups can play without adults.<\/li><\/ul>

        New youth protection law 2025<\/strong><\/p>
        Since January 1, 2025, providers like us are also liable if we allow children and young people to play games that are not approved for their age (Federal press release<\/a>).<\/p>

            Are you booking for more than 10 people, including the lounge and Genzone VR? Event packages start from CHF 65.- per person<\/strong>.  

            For smaller events, we also offer partial areas of the lounge, for example, for a bachelor\/bachelorette party or birthday including catering.             Experience gained over several years of operation at the Fusion Arena since 2018 clearly shows that less than 1% of visitors have had to end their experience due to nausea or discomfort. If you feel unwell, you can notify the game master and remove the VR headset at any time.
