Sneakers obligatory

What’s it all about? You get metal footplates on your feet that reflect your feet in the game. These plates only hold really well on sneakers and there is no danger that the shoe will get scratches.

It does not have to be indoor shoes, i.e. it is not about cleanliness, but about the shape of the shoe.

You can definitely play, at worst we leave out the foot sensors, then the legs stand out on the side.

Do we play against each other?

It depends on the game. Most games require Team Play, in (Hyper) Lasertag-Style Shooter “Showdown” you play against each other.

Do I see and hear the other players?

Yes, you can see all the other players and you can recognize them by their height and body language. Each player can communicate with their fellow players via microphone and headphones.

Can you guide us through the game in English, too?

Yeah, that’s not a problem. Our employees speak fluent German and English. The game itself does not contain any written or spoken language.

Can I move freely in the game?

Yes, the experience is wireless.

Is a reservation required?

We often receive this question. Yes it is absolutely necessary to book online. We can only serve 10 people every 45 minutes, so a fixed starting time is important.

No, as long as you don’t have giant glasses, that’s not a problem. Your experience in the virtual reality is not changed by it. Short-sighted participants need their glasses, far-sighted participants don’t. Progressive glasses work.

I’m in a wheelchair, can I play?

Yes our facility is wheelchair accessible and also the games. However, we need more time for the setup, so we do ask wheelchair users to not book in the rush hours Friday – Sunday, but under week Tuesday to Thursday, and to inform us accordingly.

No, the games are developed by our Swiss partner company TrueVRSystems in Dietlikon. For the Fusion Gate missions, our creative team contributes the ideas but all programming is done by TrueVRSystems.
